For if you’re experiencing: • Ongoing or habitual low mood, stress, anxiety, negative thoughts • Wanting to connect more with your body • Wanting to take some control over your focus and perspective How it helps: • Bodywork practices for your body and comfort level to up- or down-regulate • Embodied focusing exercises that help you to find a more positive focus without bypassing where you are now • Time and 1:1 focus to support you to stay in your body and feel sensations, emotions and habits • Techniques used may include breathing exercises, fascia release, self-massage, stretches/yoga, nervous system reset, meditation, visualised aspect integration, energy work.
